Any unpaid 2024 Property Taxes are due by February 28, 2025. Unpaid taxes will be transferred to Gratiot County Treasurer on March 1st, 2025.

Village taxes are mailed the first week of July and are due September 14th.  A 1% penalty will be applied monthly to all taxes if not paid by the due date.  All taxes can be paid at the village office Tuesday thru Thursday from 9:00am to 4:00pm or you may put in the village drop box located in the front of the office.  You may also mail your payment  to the Village of Ashley Treasurer at PO Box 158 Ashley, MI  48806.

All village residents will also receive a Summer and Winter Tax from Elba Township.  All Elba Township Taxes must be paid at Elba Township located at 109 W. Oak St or mailed to PO Box 209 Ashley, MI  48806.
